Young Adult

The Young Adult Category is for titles that are categorized by publishers and book sellers as YA or Young Adult. YA is generally targeted for teens. Some are more younger-minded and some are more mature.

And, some have a cross-over following of readers who are adult—like the Mortal Instuments series. It is mostly those series that have an adult crossover following that will be included in the Urban Fantasy Wikia. 

—NOTE: In terms of categorizing books, this is not considered a "genre", it is considered a "category"—such as: Adult, Young Adult, Childrens, Middle Grades. On this Wiki, the Category fo rcateries is used in in other ways. And for our purposes, it works to put these categories in the Genre category.
